Not a good experience because of irritating reception guy and cold hospitality. His behaviour was rude . He should greet guests with smile who are staying with them.

While checking out also, a gentle lady was assisting . He spoke in between while he was attending some other guests which was not his job .

We think hotel owners should get involved since they did huge investments and these kind of people bring losses in long run.

Hospitality of staff is amazing.. very courteous staff. food was amazing. room hygenic everything was upto thr mark.

Kanchan from the greeting staff was very helpful. we stayed with our baby boys, they enjoyed the stay. overall its a good and well maintained property.
