Hospitality is good to some extent.. the place is good but the rooms are untidy and not well maintained..washrooms are dirty!! Overall it is mentioned as 5-star property but they are unable to follow 5-star protocols..and it is not up to the standard..they need to maintain hygiene..interior of the room is good but the hygiene is not even near!
Not happy with the stay!!
But I must say that the food is extremely delicious!!

There is very homily atmosphere with good and cooperative behavior of staff -Specially Mr. Gopal. It's value for money. All recreation facilities are available to enjoy. The good ambience of the area. Advice to keep regular maintenance of toilets. Love to stay again.
