I practice Yoga regularly and have been trained by Dr Mamta Sonkar from past 10 years. This is a disclaimer for those who would question the credibility of this review as I happen to be her daughter. But as a believer in Naturopathy and Yoga, I can vouch that over these years have developed into a healthier version of myself through practising Yoga and using Naturopathy for any of my ailments. I have been trained in yoga by Dr Mamta Sonkar. I am pursuing diploma course run from Yogshala and Prakrtik Chikitsa Kendra. I have been trained in yoga from here. I have started giving personal yoga sessions myself. I highly recommend Yogshala for yoga enthusiast and also to those who want to make career in yoga.
