Writing on behalf of my friend. Trainers were rude and misogynistic towards her. Body shaming her and not encouraging/welcoming at all. Has forced my friend to leave her gym routine until she finds a new gym. Unacceptable behaviour. Simple solutions like women trainers, women only hours, more welcoming staff, removal of toxic individuals, and listening to customers should be implemented. Will advise all folks, especially women, to stay away.

Hate the environment. The trainers are very arrogant and misogynistic. Instead of helping you they will just taunt you or bodyshame. Especially to the ladies. I have had a first hand experience. Please reconsider before opting for this gym
