I visited this Monastery in Feb 2020 during my trip to Sarnath from Varanasi. Since I left from Varanasi by 4 pm, it was 6 pm when I finally visited this Monastery. The gate itself is so beautifully designed, that one feels happy! Dragons on both the sides of gate are huge and assure you.
Inside the gate there is a big campus with temple of Buddha and living accommodation. In the temple, a beautiful golden statue arrests your attention.
There is a Photo of Dalai Lama a great spiritual world leader.
The temple has many Buddha Statues on display on 2 walls. Pl see the photos which show beautiful decoration on two walls.
I wanted to spend some more time, but one monk appeared in the temple and told me that the temple is getting closed. (It was about 6-6.30 pm or so)
All the reviews are showing temple is open for 24 hours, but my experience on Monday was not so.

Situated in Sarnath, Varanasi. I visited here for the first time and it was a very good experience. It's peaceful and calm over here. The traditional Tibetan buddhist monastery is a lovely and sparking space situated close to the main market area in Sarnath. The architecture was of traditional style which one should come here and see. The doors of the monastery are painted in bright colors. I would recommend everyone to visit here when you come here in Sarnath. It's easy to reach through Google map. I read some of the historical fact after visiting here and found it interesting. You may go through some of the historical fact when you visit here to get good understanding and significance of this monastery.

The peaceful and traditional Tibetan Buddhist Monastery is a lovely, bright space located close to the main market area in Sarnath. It was constructed in 1955 and is maintained by the Lhadhan Chotrul Monlam Chenmo Trust and has glass display cases filled with miniature buddhas.
This peaceful looking sculpture of Buddha was originally from Sarnath, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. It belongs to the Gupta dynasty which dates back to 5th century CE. It is made of stone and stands tall with a height of 91.1 cm. It is currently placed at the Gupta gallery in the National Museum, New Delhi.
A Buddhist temple or Buddhist monastery is the place of worship for Buddhists, the followers of Buddhism. They include the structures called vihara, chaitya, stupa, wat and pagoda in different regions and languages. Temples in Buddhism represent the pure land or pure environment of a Buddha.
Sarnath is where, circa 528 BCE, at 35 years of age, Gautama Buddha taught his first sermon after attaining enlightenment at Bodh Gaya. It is also where the Buddhist sangha first came into existence as a result of the enlightenment of his first five disciples (Kaundinya, Assaji, Bhaddiya, Vappa and Mahanama).
