This hotel is near assi ghat, they don't have parking space. All rooms are in ground floor. Small patio infront of room to take rest. It was beautiful and green. Room was neat and clean, staff was courteous and helping. We paid 3500 rs per day for a room that too in off season. In season they charge 6000rs. That is bit costly. They provide electric kettle in room.

The hotel location is superb. It's just 3-4 mins from Assi Ghat in an auto. You will get autos from just outside the hotel. The hotel provides a very tasty food. Rooms and hotel property is neat and clean. But the service of this hotel needs significant improvement. When we were there, there was no power in Varanasi for 3 days due a strike and it rained also. But for the price I was paying in the hotel and the food, I was not expecting that my bathroom will be leaking and there will be continuous current fluctuations. Although the manager Shubham was very very helpful. They acted immediately on the concerns and even discounted us on food. A staff Priyanshu, he was also trying to help his guests. But this place needs improvement in terms of service. One of the staff member was very rude to my family member just because we asked them to clean the room in the morning but they did not clean it till evening when we were back. The food prices are no less than 5 stars but the service is not. Please check the menu before ordering. I do not mind paying that much price if I get a service like one. The hotel has the potential to be a great one because of its location and it's a very cozy kind of a hotel. But being in hospitality management, you have to improve on your service & how you treat your guests. Being rude with your guests for a mistake that you have done is unacceptable. But still we had a great time in Varanasi so just a feedback that please improve on your service.

Thank you soo much art hotel management.. such lovely people you are.. particularly ragini.. thankyou soo much ragini.. the way u treated me.. i felt like home.. in the midnight 11.30pm i camed to room after completed my darshan... That time im feeling soo hungry.. but kitchen was closed chef went to his room.. sirf mere liye ooo chef ko call karke bulaya.. mere liye rice, sabji, daal cook karke dediya.. itna care kiya mereko.. love u people ❤️❤️❤️❤️
