Very nice swimming pool. I'm a student of BHU and I had joined the swimming pool for 4 months and had an amazing experience. I had paid only ₹1250 for the entire session. There are two sessions held every year, one from April to July and another from August to November. There are two swimming pools in the the premises, the new pool is for beginners with dimensions 40m by 20 m and minimum depth of 3 feet and maximum depth of 5 feet whereas the new pool is for swimmers with dimensions 50m by 20m and minimum depth of 4 feet and maximum depth of 15 feet. In the beginning I was in the new pool and after 1 month when I knew the basics, I was transferred to the old pool. After joining you will get a beginner membership card and in order to change it to swimmer membership card, you need to pass the swimming test which includes swimming 80m freestyle and water treading for 2 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn't pass the swimming test . Looking forward for a new session.????

A good place to swim for exercise. The pool is clean and they provide showers. I’m thankful to have this pool and the price is affordable if you are a BHU student.

They need more times for intermediate women swimmers. 6-6:30 am is very early.

Well, there are two pools in this area. As far as I know only BHU students, staff or their wards are allowed to take admissions here for swimming. Personally, I think the pool for beginners is quite clean, the changing room facility is awesome, a bit packed though.
