I had a brilliant couple of classes at Sidharth Yoga Centre. Much emphasis was placed on connecting the breath with each movement and my teacher quickly knew my levels to encourage me a little further in my poses. And as for the view - does it get much better than looking out at the Ganges for your standing poses?!

Practiced with 5 friends on March 18 at 7 in the morning. Enchanting view of the Ganges, narrow room, we were attached to each other. No one who had done yoga before came away satisfied. We pay 4800 rupees for 6 people and the character who gave us the lesson tells us that 200 rupees are missing. To avoid discussions we pay, at the exit we are told that there are still 1000 rupees missing and we are invited to recount the money with the shortfall. We pay this money too and I promise I will give merciless reviews for this mockery. I also warn people who are entering of what happened. After an hour we are called to go and get 1000 rupees that we had been asked for by mistake... Attention people!!!

I had the pleasure of enrolling in a monthly yoga course at Siddharth Yoga Center, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. Over the course of three months, I learned a great deal about yoga and its many benefits.

Aside from the technical aspects of Yoga, he also taught me general life rules that are very important. These teachings helped me to deepen my understanding of the practice and led to a more profound experience.

Throughout the course, I noticed that my body was gradually becoming more flexible and strong. But what impressed me the most was how Guru ji helped me to achieve a wholesome development of both body and mind. His guidance not only helped me to improve physically but also mentally.

He would often invite me for lunch that he cooked himself, and it was always a delightful experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend Siddharth Yoga Center to anyone interested in learning yoga. The level of attention and care provided by Guru ji is second to none, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him.
