It's a temple dedicated to Guru Brihaspati. Located just as the side of kashi Vishwanath temple gate. It's a very beautiful place to visit. Specially for those who do fast on Thursday's. Religious and peaceful place, gives a view from the top. The staircases are the one thing truly noticable. There are two snakes at the gate of this temple. A very special place for worshipping.

beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and known as Brihaspatishwar temple by the name of Dev Guru Brihaspati. but the kashi khandokta temple is located near Atmaveereshwar temple. This temple is two storied temple with curved stair case which leads you to sanctorum. A panoramic view of the locality can be seen from top.

The main Shiva lingam is worshipped by Guru Brihaspati therefore this temple is known as Shri Brihaspati Temple.
It's situated on the way to Dashashwamedh ghat from Godowlia.
The architecture and staircases are the main attractions of this place.
There's Shaligram ji too in the temple.
Best time to Visit - Morning and evening.
