Visited today .....horrible experience...shameless security guards in the basement.....i used to be the regular customer but will never visit again....I will give negative rating if possible..it is better to visit Spencer or Vishal rather than this... Reliance management it's my suggestion give some training of speaking skill.

This is a 4 floor mega grocery and apparels store, previously known as Big Bazaar and now taken over by Reliance.
Prices are competitive compared with open market.
Few stuffs are sold at really good price time to time.
Staff is a mix chunk of local youth, busy chatting with each other, sometimes almost shouting but not attentive to the customer. Though they are in planty.
Supervisors are equally irresponsible and never address the reasonable concerns, customers facing every now and then at this store.
Most frequent problem here is the discrepancy in prices of products offered and their MRP printed. Many a times real MRP is less than the price entered in the system and they force you either buy the same on their given price or drop them from your cart.
They never try to give you the product on price committed on shelf but surrender.
Many staff members can be seen browsing through their cell phone and discreetly shooting pictures of customers, mostly ladies in fine appearance.
The store having one set of staircase, ramp and elevator.
Staircase and ramp both are occupied with products on display leaving a little space to commute and only elevator is mostly occupied by the staff members for their own commute or product transportation on different floors.
Strange that no fire department officials looks into it.
Beside the staff behavioural issues and inventory management, all is ok.
It can be improved if the professional aptitude is adopted by the higher management and snoop into minor details and roaming around the huge store instead of enjoying the previledge of air-conditioned cubicles.

Don't pay money through Gpay Or Paytm.
If your money is deducted, it will not be refunded and they will not accept that they have received money
