For the best food you will have to go through the narrowed streets. Ya that's true for this highly underrated sweet shop of the Banaras.
Also, this place is cash only, so no online payments are accepted.
Sweets quality is much better than Satyanarayana sweet shops or any other sweet shop in Banaras.
Authentic to its core, though by looking at the board or entrance of the store you won't feel it but by tasting the sweets you will realise what this place is storing for you.
Must try things:
1. Raswanti (A peda filled with surprise, eat two pieces at least. For first price, eat half ( don't cut with spoon or nails, just bite it half) and then eat complete one.
2. Santra Barfi ( They prepare better santra barfi than Nagpur's Haldiram)
3. Malai ki Gillori (Malai filled pista mava in a pan shape)
4. Tiranga barfi
Sweets are just perfect sweet, neither too less, nor too much.
Place definitely stands on top of the sweet food items in Banaras

As a tourist, gave a visit to this shop, going through multiple narrow lanes ,not a worth at all, only to buy one particular sweet ,owner told me they don't make that sweet ,Now i don't want my visit to go totally in vain,i tasted MALAI PAAN, but stuffing inside was made of ultra sweet milk solids, comparitvely to RAM ASREY LUCKNOW,Malai paan ,also MAL PUA was Very salty ,which we bought for take away.
Everyone has it's taste,i reviewed over my taste preference ,excessive sweet dish doesn't work for me

The Best Sweet shop in Thatheri Bazar...No doubt!
Most of their sweets are made in desi ghee, and most of them have pistachios or almonds in them, also saffron.
Try their Malai Gilori (10/10, size and quality justify the price of 40₹), Rasvanti (yes, that's the shop name too, this is a Varanasi version of Bengali Kheer Kadam with just Peda covered), kesari barfi, Tiranga (as the sweet is created in the day of independent of India), Mewa barfi and another barfi shaped white colored sweet with pistachios and kheer filling (I forgot the name) (Just don't try orange burfi)
