Liked the experience!
Was looking for a tranquil place, got one. The location is just fantastic as its literally just 50 steps away from the Ghats. The staff was highly courteous, and helpful too. The rooms are clean. The dorm room is just as neat and has AC. I got myself a twin bed with private bathroom (check pics). Didn't have their food, so cant speak about the complimentary breakfast. The AC works well. They even give you an extension cord with extra charge points! You also get an electric kettle, a tiny dustbin, 1L bottled drinking water taken freshly out of a fridge, a common smoking zone in the middle, and 1 dispenser as soap and shampoo.
Overall, I would recommend the place for a stay.

Very nice staff!
Located in a quiet alley just a few steps away from a ghat. Good views from that ghat.
The guesthouse has a central common area where the breakfast is served and guests can chill or socialize. All rooms are around the sides of that area.
Calm and quiet, we had good rest in clean and fresh (fan and aircon) room. Bathroom is big and clean. Our toilet was eastern style, but there is a shared western throne outside the room.
Breakfasts are ok. 4 options to choose from (western and Indian).
The staff is friendly and helpful, they helped us booking the boat, recommending places to eat cheap and local, etc.

Amazing guest house!!! 10 out of 10. Very clean and neat. The hosts are super friendly and nice people, helped us with everything, even gave us little presents :) The laundry service is superb - fast and cheap. The breakfast was very delicious but may be not enough for a very hungry adult.
