Very friendly staff, almost all speak very good English.
Whatever you need, any question or issue, it will be solved.
Very good restaurant with an extensive menu; always had what we wanted.
A bit hard to find, but worth the trip to do so.
High speed wireless was a bit spotty at times, but still very good.
Very good masseuse on staff.

We were fully cheated by the photos shared online. It must be very old photos when they painted years back. Hotel is located close to Ganga river, from the rooftop you can get the view of river ganga. While on boat ride in the river, one can see the hotel top( photo shared). Hotter supply to bath rooms depend on shared geysers located in each floor and hot water was not coming to each room. When we visited, nearby buildings were being demolished due to city beautification project, so the hotel and surrounding areas are full of dust. The lanes approaching hotel were full of mud and bricks. Hotel staff are not that helpful. Not even worth of a star. Not worth of paying 900 per room. Photos and good reviews online are misleading.
