The hotel was clean and near Assi Ghat , good Eateries are also available near the hotel. Auto , Rickshaw and Cab is easily available from this place.

Rooms are small and conjusted, breakfast is limited and taste is average, service is not upto the mark.

Overall experience was quite bad. I would personally recommend looking for another nearby hotel or property if given the chance because of one single reason, that is managers unprofessional attitude and lack of general human etiquette. One thing that's worth noticing is that the hotel is highly rated in the app since the manager named Vishal, himself has rated the property as 5/5 through multiple ratings.

Staff & Room Services ★☆☆☆☆
Terrible staff behavior that you can expect from any hotel. The manager named Vishal is utter rude and arrogant person. In my case, I told him, that I would be checking-in early (08:00 A.M.) and check-out late (05:00 P.M.). He told me that he would charge extra 30% for this, to which I even agreed on but then on the date of check out, he forced me to check out at 11:00 A.M. and intimidated me to throw out my luggage out if I resist to stay beyond regular check out hours. Manager is not at all co-operative. If you book through Oyo and do the payment beforehand, he would straight away deny you your booking even if rooms are available, happened to a person who check-in the same time as me.

Food & Drink ★☆☆☆☆
Outside food is not allowed. Hotel employs a strong policy against it and won’t allow any delivery executive or even the customers to take in the food. The hotel menu is utterly over-priced. Since you are not left with option to order food from outside, thus they choke you on the overpriced food which can nowhere justify the price. Sandwich or Stuffed Aloo-Parantha would be provided with Tea as complimentary breakfast and no other options would be available.

Rooms & Facility ★★☆☆☆
Rooms are quite small. There is just enough space to fit a king-size bed and that’s it. Very small curtains are drawn over the windows, which makes the stay a little uncomfortable since adjacent buildings are of the same height and person can see through the windows. Lighting was descent and felt eye-friendly.

Bed & Linens ★★☆☆☆
One king size bed was available with king sized mattress over it. Clean linens were provided only at the time of check in but were not changed the next day. There were crickets under the bed who made sleeping tough sometime during the night.

Amenities ★☆☆☆☆
Air conditioner is available but does not seem to be adequate for the room. It takes an hour for the room to cool out. In the winter season, no heater is provided but the chilling winds seeping through closed window would make you wish for a room-heater. No hair-dryer was provided as well.

Value for money ★★☆☆☆
I booked the room for 1700 per night which seems a little expansive given the experience and other hotels available nearby.

Cleanliness ★★☆☆☆
Rooms floor were clean, but no room slippers were provided. Wooden flooring is used for the floor thus slightest dust would scatter all over the room. No door mat were provided. Room smelled quite good after the service cleaned the room.

Internet & TV ★★☆☆☆
WiFi is provided for the internet access but seems very slow. Even a simple YouTube video starts to buffer so you can understand, there would be no Netflix and chill around here. TV is not usually connected to the dish until you ask the room service for it. No HD channels are subscribed thus limit your entertainment to some news & music channels only.

Location ★★★★☆
Location is descent. Hotel is located near the main-market in Lanka, Varanasi. Although, there are no street lights on the street leading to hotel, which sometimes seems uncomfortable and unsafe. There are many restaurants and food-chains at just the walking distance from the hotel. BHU is merely half a kilometer from the hotel. There are direct auto and cabs available to Railway Station, which would take 20 mins with normal traffic (± 10 minutes).

Bathroom & Toiletries ★★★☆☆
Bathroom was the only descent experience of the stay. Hot and running water was available throughout the stay and one toiletry kit & towels were provided.
