Food was worse... My daughter strted vomiting ????... We ordered panner butter masala the panner were not cooked at all they dipped raw panner into the masala and served and didnt even bother to atleast fry them... And the hotel manager was worse.. he was so rude to us... Few staffs behaviour was ok.. but mostly their behaviour was very rude and utterly disappointing

It is good place in reasonable price. I stayed there with my friend last year in this hotel. Rooms are okay as the prices. You can get basic ammenties here. Although it was far from the station but was near the ghats.\nIf you're are coming to visit Varanasi with friends with limited budget than it can be a reasonable option. Many ghats are nearly within 2-3 kilometers. But this hotel doesn't have a car parking if I am not wrong.

Room is not clean. pathetic service. These guys are only interested in minting money from customers. i spoke to hotel guy for 3 hours late logout for 100rs. next day some other guy has turned up and demanding full day 400 rs for 3 hours late logout. finally had to pay Rs 200. They keep on asking questions everyday \"when do you leave\". they asked me 5 to 6 times.

I stayed in this hotel for a night on 23/11. Rooms are a nightmare. If you are looking for comfortable room to stay this hotel is not the place. Staff is good. Included breakfast is an illusion, in its name you would get 2 slices of bread with lukewarm tea. The warning is loud and clear, \"Enter at your own risk\"

Very bad experience\nNo power backup there they are charging 1250 rs for AC room but during power cut they are not providing Ac they running there hotel in inverter which does not support AC. Customer has to suffer in power cut.\nOne of the staff with beard in reception whose behaviour was also not good with cutomer\nNo proper room service\nNo cleaning staff came to clean room.\nI am very much disappointed with overall experience.

Very courteous staff. Had a business meeting in the business center first. the conference rooms are really lavishly designed. Although the projector had a lot of glitches in color consistency. We had booked a room for parents as their anniversary gift. The palace rooms are lovely with so much of history in it! Loved it overall.

A very poor place to stay at ,services are worst you could ever find.No water (unhealthy) , electronic appliances are in bad condition and they even deny to provide any services.Dont waste your holiday.

Nice stay.. Considerable charges.\nLove the aquarium the have at reception. Simple. don't expect something lavish or something.simple stay. Basics needs fulfil.\nThey have saree shop at ground floor. Have good collection. Should go for Bargaining. They can sell at half rate to that which they told you .So don't forget to bargain.????
