Service is given as if they are paying u the rent. Hahaha.
Rooms not clean
No tv nothing and costs as high as 1500.
Washroom's door locking problem
Needs maintainence but not been provided
I don't know why ppl do such tragic in their provision of services. Mis communication between the boss and the staff. What else could I say?
Really a bad experience .

Hotel is nice, fairly big rooms. Sanjay is nice and helpful. Perhaps one of the things they can improve is get rid of lizards and rodents. Rooftop restaurant is good.
Just on Assi ghat makes this place awesome

Great, river facing location, accessible by vehicle, suits elderly people. But no lifts. Rooms are small, but washrooms are clean, relatively new place. Opt for one of two bigger rooms on 2nd floor. The second bigger room is next to the steps. The corner room provides the best view. Service is slow and food not terribly inspiring. Advised to have the basic Indian food like Roti, Dal, eggs. If you are lazy, you can have meals here, else good food options nearby. Newly opened Terracotta cafe in a by Lane Opposite a local nursing home and above the Aniket Guest house and 25-year old Pizza joint Pizzeria Vatika at Assi Ghat. Marwari Matth for Indian thali (traditional mixed meal), more options on Assi Crossing. Ask other foreign Travellers for more options. This hotel is homely and suits a laid back traveller but the management can be more active n involved than they are. Hotel doesn't offer complimentary transfers to stations, airports unlike some more older guest houses here.
