Rooms are Dirty. Almirah is fully occupied by the owner's clothes and sandals. Nothing much can be done with mosquitoes. We had to clean the room ourselves.
I even feel it is used by the owner when there are no guests.
The owner is very good and soft spoken. But things are very badly managed. Bas chal raha hai.

Pathetic place. No cleanliness, nor any facility. Washroom has spit marks and used shampoo sachets. When the electricity goes off even the fan stops working. I never had such bad experience in my life.
The only good thing was the man's attitude which was polite but that too doesn't justify the price paid for the room. I would have given the place a zero star infact minus..

I have booked a hotel (Om guest house)in varanasi and made the payment online through easemytrip. When i reached the property they told me that we are overbooked so look for another hotel and for your refund talk to easemytrip customer care. I have maked almost 7 calls till now and there is no another proceedings till now and i have not got my money till now. Unfortunately i have to now go to consumer court portal to resolve my problem.
