I'm a regular member of your franchise and shop regularly from your stores.. This is a complaint regarding the behaviour of your staff at this store..
Firstly the staff seem to know nothing about the products and their availability .. Meaning half of the items, they say are unavailable at first, and, when I personally checked them by scanning the rows, I found those products lying on the racks! What kind of a salesmanship is that??

Also, when I made my purchases, I gave my jeans for length alteration, and I was told to pick it up by evening, that's after 4 hours, since the tailor comes only in the evening..
Firstly, in all the clothing outlets, there is a 24X7 presence of a tailor for alteration needs, this makes your store and it's facility even more pathetic..
After all this, when I went to pick up my jeans in the evening, hoping that it would have been Altered by now, I was shocked to find out that the tailor didn't turn up at all! I travelled more than 10km especially to pick up my jeans, which should have been altered instantly ideally, and then too, I end up disappointed!
You didn't even have the courtesy to call your customers and inform them about this as well as your incompetence..
I have shopped from your outlets in Delhi, NCR, Bengaluru and Kolkata.. But this outlet of yours in Varanasi, doesn't even deserve to be given the franchise of Mufti!
Highly disappointed....

Worst services and staff are very bad in behaviour. They do not have idea how to bill GST.
