We used the services of MWT in Sep'19 for Chardham trip. The best part of the experience is the Professionalism of both Gautamji and Dushyantji, the agent in Haridwar. The rooms booked were very nice and met our expectation. The trip plan was exhaustive and covered all important places to visit. In fact, they found that there was a small miss about not booking a room in Badrinath as per the original plan and instead they had booked room for 2 nights in Pipalkoti itself. The moment I pointed out this, they immediately contacted the hotels and made the required changes. Also, they apologized for the mistake. The driver provided to us had very good driving skill. However, the only soar point is that he was not very Yatri friendly. We had to wake him up and he would not leave early, despite committing to do so. He was even about to miss taking us to Mana Village after Badri darshan and only because we were alert and had the knowledge of this important place, we could ask him to do so. In fact, he was not even mindful of breakfast time or lunch time for us despite telling him that I was taking medicines, and these were important. I would suggest to MWT that they should engage better friendly and knowledgeable drivers for such long duration trips. Leaving this aside, I still want to commend the meticulous arrangements made by MWT as well as Dushyantji. They were calling me and checking with me from time to time, if everything was going OK. I would like to once again thank them and any future travel, I'll be sure to take their services again.

Gouthamji was asked to design a tour plan for our team intending to visit Varanasi. A plan to visit a couple of places in and around Varanasi was given with flexibility. Starting from a warm welcome at Varanasi Airport till we were dropped back, the staff of MWT have given remarkable service.

MWT is a professionally organised travel company. Right from the top management Mr.Pandey, middle level executive Sangeetha to the cab drivers they provide follow instructions and time frames precisely. We have been using their services for spiritual trips and leisure trips along with business trips. As per the requirements they attend round the clock for any assistance and are very well mannered . Thanks again to team MWT and keep going.
