From the moment I arrived, I encountered numerous issues that left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
First and foremost, the behavior of the hotel staff was absolutely appalling. Their rude and unprofessional demeanor was evident from the very beginning. Their lack of courtesy and willingness to assist guests was truly disheartening.
To add insult to injury, the air conditioning in my room was in a sorry state. The cooling system was simply not functioning properly. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. It was clear that the AC unit required maintenance or repair, but it seemed like the hotel management had no interest in resolving the issue promptly.
What was even more frustrating was the fact that the staff had a habit of turning off the air conditioning at night using the main switch. This was an absolutely unacceptable practice, as it left guests without any control over their own comfort. It's unconscionable to deny guests the basic necessity of a properly functioning AC system, especially during the hot summer months.
I tried to address these concerns with the hotel staff, hoping for a resolution, but their dismissive attitude continued. It was evident that they had little regard for guest satisfaction or basic hospitality. It is unfortunate that a hotel that claims to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience falls so short in its execution.
Given my experience at this Hotel, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone. I hope the management takes these criticisms seriously and works towards improving their standards of service and guest comfort. Until then, I would strongly advise potential guests to seek accommodations elsewhere.

Absolutely worst service. Here's my point by point review:
- No amenities, rude staff, god-like manager who refuses to listen any complaint you might have.
- Staff members will look down upon you if you requested to clean the room or washroom.
- No bathroom kit provided.
- They'll provide dusty room and if you complain about it, they wont accept that its dust that is settled on the table.
- They'll argue you that its the colour of the table.
- The wardrobes are in such bad shape that might fall down at any moment.
- The hotel service wont provide any water to the room, but will ask customer to get it from the reception(in a very rude tone).
- The bathrooms are not ventialated(this was only my case, I guess).
- This area is a no-vehicle zone. That means no cab, no private vehicles are allowed. The hotel staff wont tell you this, and you would be in a surprise when you have to walk for 1km with the luggage.

Very very very bad experience. The rooms are dirty and way too small. Beds are full of bugs. They never change the bedsheets. Toilets are dirty and full of stains. Very much suffocated rooms due to no windows. They refused to give the bill and made an excuse that they'll send the same in WhatsApp. KINDLY AVOID THIS HOTEL.
