First thing - Very close to Viswanath temple and Annapurna temple. It’s walkable distance just 5 mins.
Second thing- Aniker and hotel staff are very cooperative and good
Third thing- Rooms are small but all facilities are available.
Can stay without any discomfort.
Really acha hotel.

LOCATION : On the positive side, it is walking distance from Dashashwamedh ghat, and somewhat walkable (for the young) to Vishwanath temple. On the negative side, getting here from airport can be a bit nuisance. 4 wheelers/taxis had to drop us off a couple kilometers away (PDR mall) and then had to take a pedal-rickshaw (or electric-toto). These will drop you about 50 meters from hotel away at Kodai chowki. Had to walk the last 50 meters of narrow lane with luggage as 2 wheelers were zooming by. FYI: Fitting 2 people in a pedal-rickshaw can be very tight even for slim people and then if you have luggage its a real challenge.

STAFF/SERVICE: were very polite and responsive. Provided guidance on how to get to nearby destinations.

ROOM: Bedding was nice and clean. A/C was cooling the room but seemed like it was challenged. Room was compact and very quiet. Room felt kinda old and some visible dust in window corners etc.

BATH/TOILET: Cleanliness needs improvement. Hot water geyser in bathroom worked very well. Unfortunately there is no water jet / bidet in the toilet! Seat on the toilet may fall off soon. Provided bathing mini soap bar did not lather well.

PRICE: is probably ok compared to what you get in this area.

NEARBY EATS: For quick breakfast you could try puri bhaji / jalebi / kachori at Madhur Jal-Paan which is a small and very old place with a good reputation that is maybe 20 meters away. Not that impressed. For lunch/dinner, we liked Saffron restaurant much more than the recommended Keshari restaurant.

The hotel location was good, near to Mandir and ghat. But rooms are small and lift area is congested. Staffs are good and co-operative. Book if you want to stay near mandhir. Good for small family.
