The hotel is just opposite to the Varanasi Jn & very much accessible due to the same reason but on the other hand this hotel doesn’t maintain the things very well.
They have all the facilities but lack of maintenance & cleanliness is visible.
Rooms are too basic & bathrooms are just not up to the mark. This is not what you would want after paying so much but no doubt the service has been really good, staff was very helpful. Gym equipment is also great & the breakfast buffet was just perfect. The lady named Neelam at the Restaurant was Superb in terms of hospitality, service & everything.

Good and neat hotel for families with restaurant facility also . STAFF are courteous and humble and VERY cooperative . You have complimentary break fast . It is good . You get some GOOD north indian dishes . . I am having a COMFORTABLE stay . You have TRAVEL desk facility . Pick up and drop to airport is also available. A VERY good family hotel
THE room in which iam staying has a small bath room , which is little minus to the room except for that REST are good.

Room : Good rooms with television, electric heater, centralised air conditioning and centralized geyser. Clean sheets and two water bottles and refilling of water is done. Two Dustbins are there, one in washroom and another in room. A writing table and a tea table is there. Lift facility and free wifi available.

Location : just opposite to the Varanasi cantt station.

Staff : well behaved

For PNBians : perks of working in PNB, stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Do note check in time is 2pm in the afternoon and check out time is 12pm. Not more than 2 adults (child above 12yrs of age is regarded as adult) is allowed in a room. Will have to pay Rs 1000 extra/night /person if any extra person want to stay. They will allow the extra person to sit and eat together in room but won't allow night stay if the extra payment isn done.

Overall nice experience. ????????
