The services provided were very bad. Staff are not fit for hospitality industry. Television was not working, AC was without remote, Geyser was not working. food order was provided after a delay of almost 02 hours and with excuse "order prepare karne me itna time to lagega". The room conditions were very bad and smelly. The bathrooms are very dirty. Toiletries and towels were provided after repeated requests.

Overall bus itna kahunga "Service nahi de sakte to Kam se Kam effort to dikhao acchha karne ka".

The hotel citi ricidency is situated at just near the dlw and is situated at prime location in the middle of the city atmosphere is peacefull and very lovely greenery.. Staffs are very coprative and nice behaviour. Their polite bahaviour keeps you charged..it is middle of the city where nearest railway station ia manduadih station (renamed as banaras railway staion) which about 1 km from the hotel.. Good stay there.. Thanks

Hotel is actually Oyo 3996 HKJ Residenci which is now name using as Citi Residence. It is 7 km far from the Railway station and 5 km far from Kashi Vishwanath temple. We stayed for 4 nights and experienced that the staff is very helpful and supportive. Hot water facility in room but no room heater even in deluxe room so, it was hard in winter as the night temperature is 7-8degree only. Also, the room is very old and the room color is fed up , very old furniture inside room like side sofa or coffee table. The washroom is very big and clean. It's an average hotel but good as per cost. Downside of hotel, across 2 steps walk very good restaurant called Balaji restaurant which provides excellent south indian,punjabi and Chinese food. Which is good and beside Balaji restaurant, one Chaat Bhandar which is famous for morning breakfast Kachori and hot Jalebi.
