Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Whatever we had asked...they provided for rooms, general information about city and place.
Restaurant food was homemade like food. All the staff are very friendly and great.
Rooms are smaller, mattress seemed old and not comfortable.

The only downside is that the hotel is not suitable for senior citizens. You will have to climb steep stairs to reach the rooms and restaurant. The hotel is on the main BHU street parallel to the ghats, which are accessible by foot. Manikarnika ghat gate 4 can be reached by walking 20mins. The room was clean, toilet was clean (no stains), hot water was available, satellite tv, towel and soap was provided.

As you move through main entrance and reach reception the journey makes you sceptical about choice of hotel. However after entering in room you will be surprised by decent room size and facilities. It's a good deal in this budget.
