The room facilities and meals are excellent, however the worst and most unprofessional behavior of the reception employees should not be overlooked.
One staff member confirms the booking in advance, including check-in and check-out times and effective cost for all stays.
Another person refuses to accept the check-in at the same time, claiming that three separate people work at the reception and he has no idea who made the booking.
It's weird that after one day, they started asking for further costs that weren't on the slip provided at the time of booking, and they made the visitor to check out with these unprofessional activities.
The overall impression is that a good hotel and facility is providing a poor experience to guests due to unprofessional staff who do not adhere to the bussiness standards for dealing with guests.

Very close to the station. The room and washroom were clean and tidy. Sheets and towels were also clean. Comfortable stay, accommodating staff, safe for female travelers. Food was amazing, tasty and fresh. the restaurant is in the ground floor so it's very convenient. Would stay here if I visit the city again.
