Decent gym right at the centre of Benipur pokhra road. Monthly rate is also very competitive. Visited this place quite a few times.

Gym is quite stinky and unhygienic . Most of equipment are loose, Treadmill is not too good starts shaking after 9km/hour speed same with cycling machine as well.

Good for people who wants to work on muscle and manage their cardio workout outside gym.

Owner charged me 800rs for 40days which is quite High with respect to poor service offered by them .

If you want to join a gym give it a try. You will find almost every training machine here and the trainer will guide you to achieve your fitness goal asap. Seperate timing for ladies so they can workout without any hesitation. Go and get enrolled.
