It's a surprising to see Hamley's there.
A beautiful and playful place to visit with kids.
The team working in the store are very gentle and polite.
The man at the door is really good soul.

The product range is wide and costs are dependable.

They sell used /opened toys. I bought 1800 worth car yesterday and it's not functional at all. The product was opened multiple times and the box was not in a good condition. I trusted the brand but will suggest never get anything from them. Worst experience at varanasi store.

The staff is not giving any good idea about the toys it feel like that they themselves don't know what the game is all about which is too bad. And as per Hamley policy one staff will be playing the games that staff was really using broken or too dirty soft toys which make the store too boring.
