We were a family of four. If there was any chance of giving minus, I would have given minus review.
Pathetic service. We ordered breakfast fast at 9 got at 11. On complaining they misbehaved. Asked us to go and find some other hotel.
It was a typical Oyo hotel.. ( hope u understand). We thought at a place like Banaras and Sarnath it wouldn’t be happening but it was The Oyo we were reading in memes. So if you are family, please please don’t go there you’ll regret for sure.

Pathetic Place. Worst service. Stay away from them at all cost.We booked for 2 nights. Next morning new staff took 2 hours till 11 AM to provide included breakfast after 10 call and personal reminders. Then he told hotel is overbooked and we have to check out and threatened to throw us out in case we not accept this. Manager saying he is connected to all the local police officer and will not listen to logic at all. Wasted half of our vacation with these cheap people who more likely are running some SHADY business in the name of hotel. THUGS personified.

Today, 01 july 2023, I am at the hotel. We book two rooms. Manager told all the amenities are available. But after booking & advance payment, we saw that ac is not working properly. Very poor Cooling done after 2 hr. Very low speed fan. No other rooms were available. internet not working in hotel. No tv working in any room. Staff told that tv & internet will not work. I think that it is for fooling customers for online booking. Staff is fooling customers. Very bad experience.
