Worst place to stay, small room, smelly room, unhygienic, bedsheets are torn, rats in the place, pathetic behaviour of the staff, on call they said they will provide extra bed, after asking a lot of times, extra bed provided cannot be adjusted in the room since the size of room is very small, on asking one more room, the staff said there is no room available, on arrival of new customer the very next minute, hotel staff gave him room and they didn't gave room to us, never ever book this place. Owner is not bothered about customer service, rooms price is high, most importantly makes feel pathetic every moment in this hotel. Staff have very bad behaviour and they won't listen to customers.

First, the good (not exactly) the restaurant serves good food, the staff is very friendly and helpful. That's it!

Now the bad (aka Horrible) the rooms aren't maintained well, there's mildew / mold on the peeling paint and wallpaper, the AC would randomly work, the bed uncomfortable, the bathroom felt unsanitary (room 307). The entrance to the Hotel is in shambles with a garbage dump and open public urination (pics attached). If you want to punish somebody book them here.

Great location and very good hospitality. The room was cleaned and had apmple of storage space for luggage. The bedsheets were nice and cleaned. The hot water service was good. The manager Manoj ji and staff Nageahwar were very helpful. It was safe and very homely comfort feeling. The location is good you can take a sharing ride for rs 10,15, and 20, depending on what u prefer. Reserved auto cost rs 100 for ghat. The hotel person arranged saree shopping from direct weavers, too. It was an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend friends and family
