Peaceful place. Not very well Maintained but you can give it a visit for curiosity towards different species of flora. Seen some fruiting trees some herbs and shrubs, flowering plants as well as some algal plants. When you enter through gate on both side of the path you will find palm trees which make the entry beautiful. Not much species are present and many flora are not tagged with their common and scientific names.

It is a unit of Department of Botany. It is for the fieldwork for the students of Botany but anyone can visit it. Quiet atmosphere and soothing vibes. Various species of plants and trees are there along with a fish tank or artificial pond. It is located just beside the Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

It is located just beside the Vishwanath temple of Banaras Hindu University,The botanical garden is basically for the field study and practicals for the botany students where one can explore the vegetation,Other students can also visit there.There are many medicinal plants grown in a protected region,The gardens keep the place very well maintained and decorative U will see both natural beuty and natural strength simultaneously,the is a pond too in which fishes are there,and in this pond there is a beautiful view of vishwanath ji temple with the shadow of it,There is also a tree of White sandal which is grown in protected region,There is a tree of tejpatta (Cinammomum tamala) and u can see many medicinal plants like Aloe vera,Mint,Tulsi,Eclipta alba,Bacopa monnierii etc. There are also slabs where u can spend where time with clean and green nature,people also come here to relax and spend some time with natural beauty
