Airtel should shut the store. What's the point of store if no one can help you. None of the staff is cooperative, misbehaved and didn't resolve the problem because they don't know the procedure. A single line said by everyone. Call 121.. what's the use of that store then. Dumb staff.. As i saw on the stores other customers are upset too from their behaviour and unprofessional way

I came tourist to India and I brought airtel sim card! 2 ladies at the desk and they are cheaters they saying I must buy simcard with package and they Don't sell sim only
And I paid rs360 and they s
aid it will be activated with 1.5gb perday !but not active immediately they say after 30 minutes!they scammed me didn't activated any package!
I asked them to give bill no bill provided! Dishonesty people! Abusing their jobs!!so corrupted
Airtel must be ban this shop!!(airtel branch)
I went many countries!compared to Sri Lanka ???????? india is not even 5%of truthful! Srilanka people are wealthy and very discipline people and all the shops have posters with sim packages!Sri Lankans are very very honestly people most of them speaking English ! ???? indian roads no discipline of driving!nasty people and nasty police ????
Please don't visit India
Visit Sri Lanka very nice and polite people and Sri Lanka everyone wearing decent clothes!India in generally most people asking money for their jobs! Sri Lanka is higher than European Standed!!!
