My father was admitted for hernia operation by laproscopy way. The operation was so good, over all experiance was also good, seen good housekeeping in rooms and Hospital premises. In the beginning I met Dr Anurag Singh he explained how the treatment will proceed he is intelligent and listened us peacefully and explained how to over come with this issue. Also I took cashless over here the staff members supported and the treatment completed very smoothly.

The doctors are professional but the nurses and other staffs are lazy and careless. They are sitting and talking but not caring to give medicine to patients and arrange other things. Atleast this much training should be given to staffs. That even after telling or requesting 4 5 times they should go and give medicines instead of sitting and talking.

Dr Anurag singh took care of the patient and resolved the emergency issue very quickly. Nursing staff and other staff were excellent and helpfull
