Gro Easy works on membership. In fact they promote membership. However I found out that they do not procure goods where margins are less simply because goods are of high quality. So visit only if you want to get cheap groceries. Stuff like branded hair colors, soaps, namkeens, shampoos will not be available. I have been asking them for past 5 months to get a particular color of L'oreal but they will not bring it because they have other colors of L'oreal that they have not sold yet. Same goes for Shampoos. Haldiram plain bhujiya - been 2 months. Recently I got just one packet and that too because it was a mistake in their system. And they will refuse to refund the membership amount too.
Simply put, there is no use of membership if they cannot procure the stuff that customer needs.
