Well exactly, previously it was really nice place to get the things done as the name tells C2C - Cost to Cost.Owner was responding the queries and services promptly so far but now they've been matured up with some reluctant behaviour,could be caused of they have boomed up in business,like not picking up calls,not arranging parts and spares timely even though if arranging again not responding when calling them.

For instance I was to buy a laptop battery though I've ordered it and they confirmed me to get it in couple of days in the go.

However when reached today in morning owner was not picking my calls up even though of multiple attempts I've tried to teach him.

In last I'd to buy it from the the shop situated in front of.

However I'm just giving my personal review I could be wrong too.
