Trackon is good but their staff is niot good at all. A person who is sitting is Saharanpur office, His name is Rohit Gupta. He don't know how to speak with customer. His way of taking is so rude. He has used abusing words with trackon customers.

I didn't even want to give him a star, but the review was not being posted without giving a star.They have very rubbish service in Saharanpur. Neither they pick up the phone nor their staff talks properly. It's been a long time since my courier arrived and they haven't delivered yet.
