Really disappointed with the quality of the cake. It seems they are not even interested in customer satisfaction nor the quality of service they provide to their customers. Have purchased a pineapple cake this evening from their court road outlet for my father's birthday and have been regretting it since the time I took the first bite. It seems they have been keeping stale stock and just for the sake of making money, have kept the cake on their shelves. Really really disappointed with my choice. I could have just bought a fruit cake instead of wasting money on a 500 rupees cake. You guys have excelled in ruining the evening for a family. Utterly disappointed with the service as well, it seems you can't pay by a card as well on any of their outlet as per their customer care executive, " hamare yahan sirf cash chalta hai bhai, ye card vard nhi chalta idhar
" as told by their billing person.
