I reached here for lunch and the restaurant seemed very well setup. But, going into the men's toilet told me a lot about the owner's care and supervision that had gone in to keep the place clean. The men's lavatory was blocked and full of pee. The toilet seat was dirty and broken at the hinges. I understood the filth that was waiting ahead. We were given white melmoware plates and the inner side had black carbon or dirt sitting on it. I cleaned it with a tissue and showed to the waiter and got me a clean plate. Why do the customers have to guide to keep clean plates? We ordered choley bhature and dal, parantha and mixed vegetables. The dal and bhaturey were good but mixed vegetables were a heap of halwa. The beans were overcooked and carrots were ok. Hope the restaurant owner reads this and takes action as I feel they can improve this immediately.
