I don't think these are real service centre people of Samsung because they have nothing for servicing of mobile of Samsung. They ask for screen exchange more than 3000 rupees they just blindly ask for it plz don't get scam.

Pathetic state of after sale service. Please do not buy any samsung product as if it gets damaged, you will not get any support from the Samsung. I was told that I will get refund in form of demand draft and will receive a call regarding it. But it has been 6 days since the last call and there is no response from samsung. Utterly disappointing. #dontbuysamsung

Waste service centre & useless support staff.
I'm from Moradabad, Samsung customer support gave me two nearby options regarding my charger one is Rampur & other one is Chandausi service centre.
I went Rampur first with a faulty charger taking very long time to charge phone. They said Pl. come tomorrow with 4 to 5 hours spare time. They don't have even facility or will to check my charger. I have only two days left in warranty.
Next day I went to Chandausi service centre and within half an hour they recognize and replaced with a new charger.
