One of the worst bank experience ever had. They are good for nothing.. they don't value customers.. other branches are okay.. but this one is worst.. they don't even have a proper reception or any enquiry person. They don't help their own account holder for adhaar update. This is collective response from all other customers as well. If this is not going to fix soon then I am afraid people will soon loose faith or interest in Government banks. Waited for 2 hours to get things work and they reacted like they even don't want to listen to anyone.. Will try to update video soon if they are not going to fix their 'Will Issue'. If this will continue then, will withdraw account and search for somewhere else.. they need to change alot inorder to be in market. God bless India!
