I am writing to express my disappointment with the food that I received at your restaurant during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to share my feedback with you.

Firstly, I found the quality of the food to be poor. The dishes lacked flavor, were overcooked and had a strange aftertaste. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the food was lukewarm and unappetizing.

Moreover, the presentation of the food was also lacking, with the dishes looking unappealing and poorly plated. The portion sizes were small and the dishes were not worth the high prices that were charged.

As a customer, I expected much more from a restaurant that has such a good reputation. I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience and do not believe that the food lived up to the standards that your restaurant is known for.

I hope that you take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the quality of your food and service in the future. I would appreciate a response from you regarding the steps that you are taking to address these issues.

The quality of the food is the worst and the service is not unsatisfactory and the quantity of the food is lesser as compare to other restaurant .

Over priced menu and third quality food.
I have order burger price 100 + but taste was pathetic and cheese was not even melted properly and bun was stale.
Coming on the toasted sandwich which was not even toasted properly some was even burned.
I will never recommend anyone. ????????
