Worst service centre of samsung. They have unexpected off. If they are in bad mood they will not provide you service. The visit to this service centre is the reason to change my samsung mobile to apple iphone. Chhote se chhote kaam k liye bhi 1 ya 2 mahina time lete h. Samsung doesn't care for its customer.

Service was little bit good.
Need to improve token system( no systematic way to handle the customer).
If you have any small issue with your gadget they will give you more time to resolve.

The manager was so bad and his behaviour was terrible..
He misbehaves with me and talk rudely
