Total fraud. Arrogant staff. Pathetic service. I booked property online from agoda, but staff refused to allot rooms. After a long debate, they alloted me room in another hotel. But then they refused to provide me breakfast which was included in complimentary benefits. Their staff was arrogant. And he totally told me to complain wherever I want, but he would not give me breakfast.
I contacted Agoda customer care, they also tried to contact property but these cheaters didn't picked up the phone. So Agoda refunded me 3 dollars for breakfast amount.

Rooms are good, service is also better, and the entire staff of the hotel is very cooperative

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
