For every problem they have a different policy. It means they will not do your workin any condition and in particular circumstances if you go then do not dare to forget your debit card.????????

Extremely slow service, and rude behaviour from the service personnel at times. Even if there's a hardware problem, they will always first forcefully factory reset your phone, and say, "Pehle software mein check karenge." Now, if you know your battery has depleted and you need to have it replaced, they will first tell you to backup your phone and factory reset it and then proceed with replacing the battery. It is extremely unnecessary and is only to trouble the customer. Service cost is also expensive for solving issues that should cost very little.

I wish there was a proper and well managed authorised service centre of Motorola in Prayagraj.
