The rooms are good and location is also fine. However, the entire staff is very arrogant. We faced the below issues:

1) the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff spoke rudely to my parents who are senior citizens
2) they did not provide additional napkin needed by my parents saying that it's company's policy
3) we lost the room key by mistake. For that, they asked us to get the lock replaced or pay 5000 rupees! Finally they charged us Rs.1000 for making a duplicate key

Please think twice before booking this hotel.

Room was suite room, but it was stinky to begin with.

Service: worst and also they don’t provide extra towel for our kids. They say we paid only for adults and not for kids. Didn’t hear this concept anywhere in the world!

Best hotel to Stay in Prayagraj. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is also good. They serve multiple option in breakfast.
Food is very much costly same as 5 Star Hotel. They serve one masala papad in 170-200 rs.
For Stay - 5 Star
For food - only 1 star

Better to take MAP option.
