Kadamb Kunj, mostly known as Sainik Aaram Ghar located inside the Army area, Allahabad, maintained by serving Army personnels. It is a homely, comfortable and safe stay with no prior booking for people coming for SSB interview from various regions at a cost of rs. 200/- with check out time 10:00AM. At this cost dormatory bed is provided with all basic amenities. No any dependent card is required, people with no one serving personel in defence can also stay. One can stay with family member also. The entry is done only with SSB CALL UP LETTER Roll No. of individuals. Personal network is not so good inside area, free wi-fi is provided. Healthy and nutritious food is available in varities of veg (rs. 70/-) and nonveg (rs. 140/-). Early morning the paid (rs. 20/-) E-Rickshaw service is available to reach the SSB Interview reporting point, Cariappa Gate which is approximately 1.5 kms far from this place. Anyone can easily reach this place from railway station (exit gate near plateform no. 6, to civil lines) with E-Rickshaw at a cost of rs. 100/-.

Best dormitory for pre SSB stays. 200rs per bed and food is available on payment.SSB Allahabad is at a walking distance(1.7km)

It is Army guest house for Service man, Ex-Serviceman and for SSB Interview Candidate and their families. Domintary Room for 200rs, Deluxe Room double bed 400rs for 24 hr and the check out time per day is 10 a.m . Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner available. Lunch and dinner for 70 per plate ( Veg) and Non-veg ( chicken) only for dinner for 140 per plate. Military Hospital is near. Shops are near. Transportation is available easily. Who are coming for SSB Interview Do stay here, SSB interview location is near by walking distance. BUT THE MAIN ISSUE IS THERE IS NO NETWORK FOR MOBILE PHONES. Wifi is available.
