Worst place. They treat us as if they are giving free rooms. Bad smell all over the hotel. It’s a bar attached hotel and they keep parties till late night with very loud music. Dirty toilet and they kept the used toiletries. Please don’t come to this hotel

Hotel was booked by our travel agent stating 3 star hotel, restaurant ambience was good but food was average with limited option, but service is pathetic. The staff will not do anything unless, you follow-up again and again. Overall not friendly in nature. One reason may be they have less staff members. Rooms are small but not near n tidy, lift was dirty with some tobacco stain, poor house keeping ..

1. Location heavy traffic area. Big vehicle face a lot of problem.
2. Water issues during our stay: staff doesn't know how to sort out. Reception never attends the call during requirements
3. Rooms: stingy smell in 8 rooms out of 12 rooms taken
4. Response : not satisfied

Some room boys are co-operative

Overall we had a pathetic stay over here
