Worst stay of my life.
They charged extra money in the name of tariff after booking from Oyo and threatened to cancel the booking without even paying the cancellation charges.
The ac was not working even when we booked an ac room.
The staffs were very rude and arrogant.
No complementary service such as water, soap, shampoo etc provided.

Worst experience ever, paid half payment for reservation of room , then asked us to pay more than the price I booked in . Said the website is fraud where I have booked from. Then cancelled our booking and shifted to another hotel far away. Just a waste of time And money.

I booked a room for single person. I had paid it earlier before reaching to hotel. Hotel staff asked to see the booking amount. Though booking amount was little less Rs. 644. But it was not due to me . It showed only this much to pay now so paid. Hotel staff provided me a very poor single room with least facility. I had to wait for more than 5 hours to be shifted to another room. I was very disappointed and felt cheated. It was the worst experience.
