A friend of mine has submitted her life certificate in the month of May 2023 and her pensions from April 2023 are yet to be credited. They are terrible and have no knowledge of anything whatsoever. Upon seeing good balance in account they try all they can to sll their third party products but won't tell you why they haven't process your pension for so long. They have the audacity to blame government departments when they themselves have zero knowledge of how anything works.

Terrible customer service, management is in disarray. Super frustrating experience! I am glad I closed all my accounts with them. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

My mother-in-law went to know who is the nominee of her sick son's account and how much money is there in his account and what transactions have happened, instead of giving the account information in writing, the staff there misbehaved with him and doubted him. made fun of
The account holder's Aadhaar card and PAN card are also taken by the bank in the account, but after seeing the current address of Bangalore, they made fun of them instead of giving them any information.
