One of the worst HDFC branch in India .Staffs are not professional and not Knowledgeable they do not know how to talk to customer. There are a lot of politics in this branch. My father working in Paramilitary forces and applied for home loan for construction and Prince had promised that they will give disbursement of loan within 10 days but after taking the Legal, Processing and home construction estimate fees they not did any things till 15 days. After putting some pressure they had done legal and advocate had given positive report for disbursement but Manu Awasti and other responsible staff members are not willing to do disbursement. It is now more that 02 months over and they are asking me to provide Awasi conversion which is not needed at all as they confirm it before taking the document for processing and I have Advocate proof for the same. This branch give loan to only there relative and high profile personal. Please avoid to go this branch else you will be trapped no body will listen your complain and these staff remembers will also not response to your query or email. Actually HDFC had good customer satisfaction but these people are spoiling the bank name . They are just earning money from processing fees and other charges. HDFC should take disciplinary action against them. I had lost one property deal and other construction deal due to these people. I will never go and recommend to any one to utilize HDFC Services.

Very poor and inefficient staff. No ticketing system. Watchman decides who is in queue next. People keep standing on stairs for their turn. It takes half n hour to serve one customer. Waste of precious time I would say. Not a good experience

Very Poor Branch with highly incompetent staffs . HDFC LTD need to provide better trainings and time management.
