I am working here since 2006 and honestly observed that

ulip plans never given double digit return in any 5 years rolling basis (return varies between 7% to 8%) and traditional plans are innovative but when compare to other pvt. Life insurance companies it giving less return (IRR always below 5.5% however it will become good amount in long term policies),
commission is very less compare to other private life insurance company as they are deducting Gst (earlier service Tax) from advisor's commission however they already charging gst on client's premium as per IRDA rule.
Chances of survival of an honest advisors is very less in this company, it is also disappointing for long term career of an advisor as they are giving less commission to E to R advisor compare to regular advisor,
Contest settlement criteria and it's management is also complicated and very very poor, most of the time advisor's contest money or prizes forfeited by the company because company never remind advisors to claim the contest money or prizes and there is no any other way to claim that.

Software slow, Internet not working, networking problem and unskilled and unprofessional back office staff are very common issue since many years.
